2. Which industries does Palcam serve?
Although our business roots are in the mold and die tooling industries, Palcam is fortunate to have thriving working relationships with market leaders from various industrial markets including the automotive die casting sector, aerospace, military and defence, power generation, natural resources and industrial machinery. Our services include:
  • progressive die making
  • engineering - reverse engineering, CAD & CAM services
  • machining - 5-axis, machining of castings, milling, milling & turning
  • mold making - blow mold, patterns, reaction, rotational mold, structural form, thermoform mold, transfer mold
  • die cast tooling – new tooling and high wear replacement die cast components
  • aerospace /military / defence component machining – 5 axis billet, 5 axis machining of castings, milling, milling & turning
3. How can I send files to Palcam?
You can take advantage of our File Exchange Service by registering an account in the Customer Access column on the right. Simply set up a user name and password using the registration input form. You can then log in to both upload and download project files. If you experience any difficulties please telephone us at 905-853-1675.

Your feedback is important to Palcam. For urgent matters, please feel free to call us at 905-853-1675 and either a Technical Sales Representative or a Project Manager will be pleased to assist you. You are welcome to Contact Us to express your feedback in writing. Our commitment is to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and upon verification without delay of the facts and data, take immediate action on a mutually agreeable resolution.

11. How can I reach someone to discuss a Career at Palcam?

14. How do I check on my current project status at Palcam?
Communication with customers is vital to our success. At the commencement of each job, a Palcam Project Manager will contact you by email with an acknowledgment of your order, along with the delivery date commitment and his contact information. Although your Project Manager is responsible for providing regular status reports to you, please do not hesitate to call using the telephone numbers provided to you.
