    DMLM (Direct Metal Laser Melting)

    Palcam utilizes DMLM, which allows for the buildup of functional metal production components that are equivalent in strength to cast or billet components, while having the benefit of additive manufactured design principals. DMLM technology is ideal for a variety of applications where conventional subtractive approaches are not possible, one such scenario is the building of tooling inserts for conformal cooling (conformal thermal control) through the tooling insert.

    Palcam has equipment to perform heat treatment and surface coating as well as a fully equipped laboratory to perform material validation and classification.
